Terms & conditions:

1. A full payment  and lodging choice is required to hold a retreat reservation.

2. Lodging choices are on a based on first come, first served basis.

3. Voluntary Release:

   • By registering for this event, you agree to the following:

     • The Mountain Retreat and Learning Center and Hotlanta Roundup, Inc. dba The Highlands Retreat assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, illnesses or their treatment, or damage to a participant’s property arising out of or related to your stay and use of The Mountain.

     • You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, release and discharge The Mountain and Hotlanta Roundup, Inc. dba The Highlands Retreat ; including their Officers, Trustees, Employees and volunteers; from any and all claims, damages, suits or causes of action for personal injury or damages to property arising out of or related to your stay and use of The Mountain.

     • All registration and credit card information is held on a 3rd party secure server, not affiliated with The Highlands Retreat.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations must be made directly with The Mountain and are subject to the following fees:

     • If cancelled 30 days prior to event , your refund will equal the amount paid minus the $45 program fee and a $35 administrative fee.

     • If cancelled 1 to 29 days prior to event ,your refund will equal the amount paid minus the $45 program fee and a $60 administrative fee.

     • No notice or no show, no refund.
