I hereby acknowledge that The Mountain Retreat and Learning Center and Hotlanta Roundup, Inc. dba The Highlands Retreat assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, illnesses or their treatment, or damage to a participant’s property arising out of or related to your stay and use of The Mountain. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, release and discharge The Mountain and Hotlanta Roundup, Inc. dba The Highlands Retreat ; including their Officers, Trustees, Employees and volunteers; from any and all claims, damages, suits or causes of action for personal injury or damages to property arising out of or related to your stay and use of The Mountain.
